Our vouchers are available for a nominated monetary value, any spa treatment or a selection of packages including accommodation packages at Great Ocean Road Resort. Our gift vouchers give you freedom to choose from purchasing in-person, over the phone or via email, which can be sent to you or the recipient.

REDEEMING GIFT VOUCHERS
Please give us a call on (03) 5261 6865 to book your treatment with a gift voucher. Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed via our online booking system and must be redeemed in-spa. Let us know ahead of your visit if you plan on redeeming a gift voucher.
Please bring your gift card with you on the day of your visit. We reuse our plastic gift vouchers to cut down on waste-to-landfill.
Terms and conditions:
Our gift vouchers are valid for 3 years. Please note, the physical card does not expire however the value on the card is valid at Lux Spa & Wellness for 3 years. Gift vouchers are not redeemable on Public Holidays and attract a 15% surcharge on Sundays.
